Butter London Fairy Cake

Happy Wednesday polished pretties!! I'm doing a very quick entry as I have to go to school and pick up the new OPI collection that comes out today, so excuse the briefness of this entry.

Anyway, as requested, Fairy Cake was the one that people wanted to see first and I aim to please! This polish is from Butter London and it is gorgeous!!

I applied two coats of polish; the first one was a little on the thin side, but the second one made it opaque. The formula on this was on the thickish side, but I've noticed that with glitter packed polishes such as this one, that tends to be the norm. (All photos were taken in artificial light.)

Fairy Cake came out in the holiday 2012 collection, so it's still a pretty new release. I love the way it looked on my nails and considering it's a glitter heavy polish, the polish applied very well. It's a multi sized silver glitter with some holo bits thrown in. (Love my holo!!) It dried to a slightly grainy-ish finish, but a coat or two of top coat I'm sure could get it to a glassy finish. I can't speak as to whether or not this eats top coat since I didn't put any on, but my guess would be that it does. 

Can I just say how much I freaking love the sticker on the side of the cap? No one told me about that when I got my first Butter Londons, so I cracked up when I saw that. 

Will you be adding this to your collection? Or is it not worth the $15 price tag? (Told you it was a quick post!)
